Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our toys are made for little hands and mouths, we don't accept returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons. Personalized items, sale items and gift cards can never be returned.

Damaged, defective or wrong items. Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email hello@bannortoys.sbs within 2 weeks of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a repair or replacement.

Lifetime craftsmanship guarantee. If a craftsmanship issue shows up later (outside normal wear and play, with our care instructions followed), email us and we'll repair or replace the item. We can't repair items that have been altered.

If we approve a return. In the rare case we approve a return or exchange, a restocking fee applies and you pay return shipping. Approved refunds will be given as store credit only.  

European Union orders. If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase, and you pay shipping both ways. Personalized items are excluded.
